Each day on camp children are grouped by age. Within their groups children are introduced to their Key Worker who will help select a childs activities for the day. Session by session children can select activities with older/younger children, friends or siblings. All activities, equipment and staffing is pitched at the right level for every child on camp, made possible by out highly experienced staff.

Sadly, no. We are only insured to provide care for children aged 5* and older. Children must be in Year 1 or above (*specifically, we can only care for children from the 1st September after their fifth birthday).
Yes, no problem — we accept cash and have a card reader at the registration desk. During busy camp weeks we do recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out, as we must maintain our regulated staff/child ratios.
These can be booked on our website or paid for on the day. Please note, Rooskills+ sessions have limited spaces available.
Standard day: drop off between 8.15–9.15am and pick up between 3.45–4.15pm.

Yes. We accept Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare (TFC). Select these as a payment method at checkout and follow the prompts.
Yes. Our Wraparound Roos offer three options outside our standard hours of 8.15am–4.15pm: First Hop, 8.00–8.15am; Late Stay, 4.15–5.30pm; and Final Hop, 5.30–6.00pm. Rooskills+ also finishes at 5.30pm. These can be selected as extras when booking. If you need childcare outside these times, please let us know.
No — you can book individual days, or sign up for the whole week and make a saving on the daily rate.
A Day Pass is £40, and a Week Pass is £170 (5 days of Activity Camp, cheaper than booking day by day). Wraparound Roos and Rooskills+ are priced separately and booked on top. See the full pricing on the homepage.
Yes — there is a 20% sibling discount.
Rooskills+ is small-group specialist coaching that layers onto the end of the camp day, 4.15–5.30pm, £20 per child (Late Stay included). See the full Rooskills+ page for what's involved, then add it during booking, or contact us to add it afterwards.
Yes — Kamparoo is SEND-inclusive from day one, not as an add-on. See our full SEND page for how we assess individual needs and what support looks like in practice.
Yes — we have various breaks during the day plus lunch, so please bring enough for your child to be well fuelled for an active day. Please note, we are a NUT FREE camp.
Yes — we offer First Hop from 8.00–8.15am. If you need childcare before 8.00am, please let us know — we may be able to help with arrangements.
Yes — please let us know in advance or give us a call during camp, and we'll make sure your child is ready to go with their things.
If you have a grouping request, please email before your child's first day on camp. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, though it isn't always possible. Children of the same age are likely to be grouped together, but we can't guarantee that friends or siblings will always be in the same group, especially if they differ greatly in age.
Unfortunately parents aren't permitted to stay on camp, in line with our safeguarding policies — every adult on site must have background checks and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate. If you'd like to know how your child is settling in, the Camp Manager is contactable throughout the day.
On their first day, parents can contact camp via WhatsApp or call on 07944 923469 to put their mind at ease.
Comfortable clothing suitable for a day of activity, including closed-toe shoes. We also recommend a change of clothes, a jacket and suncream.

Kamparoo operates a no-tolerance policy on discrimination, bullying and persistent poor behaviour of any kind, irrespective of any special needs. If you'd like to raise a concern, please speak to the Camp Manager. Our full Policies and Procedures are also available to read.
